A Much-Needed Escape in the City I visited Urban Oasis SPA for their signature scalp treatment and left feeling completely refreshed! The therapist was professional and took time to understand my tension points. Loved the calming forest ambiance - it really does feel like a hidden retreat in the middle of the city. Small touches like after treatment they provide fruity tea and mini dessert ,quality organic products made the experience special. Prices are reasonable for the level of service. Will definitely be back to try their Thai Herbal ball head spa .

I went on valentine’s day and got the head spa package. Ladies with 4c please get this !!! Grace was so gentle and understanding and soaking up all the information I told her about 4c HAIR. During the wash she was gentle but scrubbed really good , blow drying i gave her my own brush to use, but the blows dryer they provided was great ! She sectioned my hair and took her time . She wants to service our hair type more So please don’t be afraid to book. My blowout was so smooth and almost straight ! 10/10 everyone treated me very nice .

One of the single greatest most relaxing days of my life! My husband surprised me with the full service head massage which also included a facial and upper body massage. The women working were so kind and took such great care of me. The woman who did my treatments had the softest, strongest hands and it was such an incredible experience. Looking forward to coming back again!!

Second time here! Vera saved my "Sahara desert scalp" – so relaxing I fell asleep! This was my second visit to Urban Oasis Spa, and I have to say, it truly lives up to its "oasis" name! Walking in, you immediately feel calm and relaxed. The environment is absolutely beautiful, and crucially, so quiet – it feels like all the noise from outside just gets left at the door. I came back specifically for their Head spa My scalp is like a "Sahara desert" – super dry, itchy, and constantly having a "snowstorm" (flakes/dandruff). It's been a real struggle. But here, I get total relaxation, and more importantly, they are legit professional ！ It's not like some places where they just give you a quick rub. Here, they do a proper scalp analysis every single time! They use device to really look closely and then clearly explain the condition – where it's dry, why the flakes happen, and most importantly, tell me exactly how to care for it at home. what type of shampoo to use, how to massage, things to watch out for. You feel like they genuinely want to fix the problem, not just provide a service. After the whole treatment, my head feels several pounds lighter，My scalp feels incredibly refreshed, like it can breathe, Professional, incredibly relaxing, beautiful environment... Already thinking about when I can book my next session!

Walking into this experience I did not know what to expect seeing that I have never had a massage or spa experience before. However, the service completely surpassed all expectations I had. The staff was extremely friendly and I felt like a king 🤴 I had a very oily scalp according to the scalp analysis and the products they used completely fixed my dirty as scalp. I am definitely coming back here. The mochi ice cream that they provide is also amazing. 11/10 overall very good

The perfect spot to relax, recharge, and feel pampered! The spa has a warm, cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed a soothing foot bath with lovely aromas, a scalp analysis, refreshing hair wash, and an amazing essential oil head massage that almost put me to sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive. After the treatment, they styled our hair beautifully, and we enjoyed afternoon tea with friends. Highly recommended!

I booked their signature head spa, and it was absolute bliss—from the calming healing sound bath to the foot, neck, arm, and head massage, every detail was perfection. The scalp analysis was super insightful, and they used personalized products that left my hair feeling cleaner and healthier than ever. The atmosphere felt like a peaceful vacation, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. To top it all off, they served complimentary tea and mochi—such a thoughtful touch! Came in for the aromatherapy massage and had a great experience! The staff are so kind and thoughtful and the space is clean, quiet, and makes you feel calmer as soon as you walk in. The foot soak at the beginning and the tea and dessert afterwards were such a nice touch too. Will definitely be back!

My girlfriends and I had the most amazing experience at Urban Oasis Spa. From the start to finish, the staff took great care of us and everything was so detailed/well thought out. Once you walk in you are transferred into a place of peace of ultimate relaxation away from the hustle & bustle of the city. We all got the signature head spa and the whole process and experience was divine. Everyone was so professional yet kind, kudos to the manager, Sana and the staff Mae, Sharon and Vera who took great care of us. I would definitely come back and recommend this spa to anyone, both locals and visitors as they offer facials, body massage and lash extensions as well!
